Immediately after our initial inquiry regarding the property listing, we received comprehensive information about the property (including location, plot size, living space, purchase price, year of construction and completion, construction method, development status, roof shape and covering, heating system, and energy efficiency) with links to numerous informative documents (such as site plan, cadastral map, elevations, photos of the rooms, floor plan, living area, room volume, building description, building permit, property tax assessment, land registry extract, energy performance certificate, and proof of insurance). From the outset, we appreciated the clear and transparent information regarding the brokerage agreement, commission structure, rights of objection, and other legal aspects. A viewing appointment was arranged within a single day, and we were able to reserve the property immediately after expressing our serious interest and providing proof of available equity. Just three days later, we received confirmation from the sellers. From that point on, we received highly professional and trustworthy support throughout the entire process. This included, among other things, drafting the purchase agreement via email with the notary and sellers, providing information about any environmental contamination, recommending necessary tradespeople and other service providers, providing documentation and explanations regarding the technical installations such as the photovoltaic system and heat pump, scheduling upcoming appointments, and much more. We sincerely thank the Torge Lüders office. It was a first-class investment in our new home. We would do it exactly the same way again.
